Increasingly, the capacity to become more spiritual in your endeavor to become the best possible leader is examined by assorted authorities as well. There are also some positions that have been taken which suggest being a bigger, better, faster jerk than the person next to you can bring you all the support (notoriety?) you need.
I have varied opinions and pass no judgments on any of these processes or presentations. I only look to present, share and create considerations and thus allow you to cull from them, the understanding of what makes sense to you.

Where was this book when I was younger and trying to climb that proverbial corporate ladder. Jeff provides a no nonsense view of Leadership examples in action. He cleverly uses current issues we read about in the news and ties that back to important leadership attributes. This book is a must read for anyone currently managing a team.
Humour always helps one to get through being taught a subject. While I got the point of each chapter with a chuckle here and there, I was waiting for the Emphatic point to be made. Don't get this wrong-each chapter made a very clear and thoughtful point. He should be a motivational speaker!
